We totally understand that everyone is busy. Family, work, traveling, getting married, moving, having kids….the list goes on. You don’t have to worry about any of that because you have lifetime access to the WJ ecourse.
This means you really can’t ever "fall behind" because you can go at your own pace. You will get a weekly email from me so if you aren’t keeping pace, just go back and read them when you are on that week of the program.
If you miss Christa "live" on the Q&A, you can always go back and read her answers to your most pressing questions or post on the forum for her to answer even if you won’t be on there.
Better NOT to have the holiday DIP in your health that comes from uncalculated overindulging. We’ll teach you to offset that rollercoaster NOW so there is less clean up work to do later on (and of course you can still enjoy the holidays and the treats that come with them). We routinely have MDs, PhDs, health coaches, other nutritionists, healthy foodies, nurses, and passionate health enthusiasts going through our program and they always access the next five levels of health for their unique body. Often times, they come just for the information and leave wildly inspired about living even more vibrantly than they thought possible. Plus because we have a "Deeper Science" section of the course that gives Christa’s exact supplement protocols it took her years to craft, if you’re "in the field", this course will make you a much better practitioner by shortening your patients/clients time to healing and success.

Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions while you are living and eating in your daily life, ultimately the results depend on you: what you put in, you will get out.
The Whole Journey is different than any other program because it is the only program combining the clinical aspects of health and healing from the root cause with the holistic aspects of customizing diet to bio-individuality while also addressing the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual. For lasting change (what we call "finishing work"), your perspective around health and how you take care of yourself must shift, not just the things you put in your body.
In order for this to "be different", you have to make it be different and show up 100% and participate in the program. While this might sound a bit dramatic, the rest of your life depends on it. Life turns out completely differently depending on the level of health and well being we experience on a daily basis.
I’m a vegetarian/vegan. Can I still benefit from this course?
Yes, while we do talk about high quality animal protein throughout the program, we also give a wide array of options that can help vegetarians understand how to be the healthiest vegetarian/vegan they can be. We also give a TON of information on organs, glands, and every system of the body as well as how to break down your own lab work so that you can become your own best doctor. This will allow you to understand how to fill in any potential nutritional deficiencies or to remove excesses that might not have you feeling your best.
How much time do I need to do this?
The more you put in, the more you will get out. We suggest carving out one hour a week or two hours every other week to watch all the videos, go through the reading materials and to plan your "action items" for the following week. IF you can carve out extra time for cooking and shopping, you will get further faster – BUT we also include how to be healthy when lots of travel is involved, what to do when you eat out a lot, and how to make good choices on-the-go.
What if I’m interested but not ready now? Will you be offering this again in the future? And how long do I have to decide on joining the November group?
The enrollment opportunity is only from October 24th-November 3rd at midnight. This program will be offered twice annually. The next open enrollment is in May 2014 BUT keep in mind that the price will go up for that enrollment between 10-20%. This is a highly valuable course that you have lifetime access to. Our initial offering is at a lower cost as a thank you to our tribe and loyal followers and supporters who are eager to jump in.
Since this is a group program, how do you maintain accountability?
Christa will be sending an encouragement email each week to help attendees stay motivated and inspired and to troubleshoot. There will be a weekly live one-hour Q&A with Christa via the group program chat. Then you’ll have a community of hundreds of others going through the same diet and lifestyle changes so all that really helps in terms of feeling supported and staying motivated. At the end of each of the six sessions there is a list of action items that you print out and that is your homework and action plan for two weeks. Christa will give you all the tools to make this happen but ultimately she is just a guide and you must be ready to take action.
Do I get access to the entire program (all modules and sections all at once)?
Yes! We break it down for you and email you to remind you which session you should be on and what you should be working on, but if the pace is too fast or slow for you, you can customize it to meet your needs by having access to everything all at once.
What if I can’t afford the entire $797 all at once? Do you have a payment plan?
You can either pay in full at $797 or choose to pay $285 per month for three months.
What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, this program is for action-takers and for people who want to help themselves. Christa’s approach is via education, motivation, and inspiration, not tough love. If after one month the program does not resonate you, you will need to submit a two-page document explaining 1) that you actually worked the program for one month and 2) what changes you made and what you experienced. After that, we are happy to refund your money. IF you do not plan to take action however, this program is not for you.
